I bought a Seiko watch, paid with Paypal, and received email invoice from Yugster. A couple of days later, Yugster sent me an email telling me that they ran out of the watch and will refund my payment. This is just plain wrong....we had a completed transaction. If this is how they do business, I don`t ever want to do anymore business with them. Prosgood prices if you can get them to send you the product.Consfails to deliver the goods and their customer support is useless.:-( |

I ordered a watch from yugster.com. It came as a kit alarm clock and desk watch plus the wrist watch. The wrist watch hands looked blemished and the alarm clock would go off 15 minutes before the time you set it for. Called for customer support twice no call back ever. email them to return the watch kit was told to send it in for repair or if I send it back to them I would be charge 20% restocking fee.I went through paypal.com resolution center and open a case. Yugster told me I had to withdraw my complaint or they would not refund my money. I didn`t and they refunded my $49.99 anyway. It cost me $9.30 to send it back. I rather pay more and have a better return policy. ProsDon`t see anyConsNo phone support . Don`t want to send ` new ` items as soon as you receive it for repair! It should not cost me money to return damage merchandise . |

You know that feeling you get after you buy something, then shop around on another site with the same item, except it`s usually at a lower price? Yugster.com is usually that other site. I can`t complain about Yuster.com. Everything I`ve purchased has been cheap, quickly delivered and great quality. ProsVery good price. Brand names. New and refurbished stuff. Any refurbished items I`ve purchased have been great.ConsThere have been product descriptions that leave out minor details that would be good to know. Like, A/C adapter or batteries, etc... but if you leave a comment the Yugster-Team will usually respond and update the descriptions. |
