Exellent customer service - product arrived within 3 days - and was neatly packed - in my member console I saw the product being processed & shipped - a neat little line tells you your order status.

Neat design - three columns - each with its own purpose - the leftside shows the product image, the center the text & shipping information, the right side is VERY neat - has 1-2-3 steps to login/ select quantity & buy - love the design.
So far, I noticed that the price range is under $30 - and I love the $5 flat shipping regardless of how many you buy. I subscribe to the feed - and the product changes at midnight (central time)

Pros

Design, easy of use - customer service - and my account updates when the order is processed/shipped

Cons

could use a blog or a discussion board.
